Steel Wheels for a Fiesta Zetec Mk6

One of my brothers friends has a 56 plate Fiesta 1.25 mk6 Zetec. He is now onto his second buckled wheel due to pot holes. What he would like to do is to change to Steel wheels as these will be cheaper to replace going forward. Does anyone know of somewhere to get them from that is better than £45 each deliverd please let met me know. He would prefer new ones as he then knows what has happend to them.

The fun bit is he will have to get 3 new tyres as well as the previous owner had put track tyers on. Why a fiesta 1.25 would have track tyres is beyond me.

    As it turns out the best I can find on the web is £53 once vat and shipping are included. This is only £1.15 per wheel cheaper than the local dealer.
