Finnish driver Mikko Hirvonen co-driven by fellow Finn Jarmo Lehtinen, has given the M-Sport Ford Fiesta S2000 rally car built and run by Malcolm Wilson's M-Sport company, a stunning debut win on the Monte Carlo Rally earlier tonight!

Well done to all the team and to Mikko for putting the Fiesta on the top spot of the podium on its first competitive outing, after leading from the very first stage right through to the finish! May many more victories come its way!

Now all we need is for Ford to release a special Fiesta road car to properly commemorate this victory :P (remember the Escort RS Cosworth Monte special edition anyone? B))
