Hi Guys,

As some of you know i picked up my new fiesta on sat.

I was looking at the tints yesterday and today and noticed bubbles and it had no been smoothed off properly. Rang ford yesterday to tell them and i was told that the PDI was fine and that there were fitted in a cold environment and i was also told to drive with the heater on full whack.

Going to ford tomorrow to show them.

What is the best thing to say to them?

    I may have the wrong end of the stick here, so stop me If im wrong.....

    Are you talking about the standard tints on the back three windows?

    Is your car a brand new factory build?

    If the answer to the above two Q's is yes, you have been shafted.
