Hi All!.. And A Quick Question?

Hi everyone,

My name's Van, and I'm an alcoholic!.... Only joking! :D

I have just bought a 2001 Fiesta 1.8 Tddi. Now having looked around it I have noticed that it looks as though something is missing?

Should there be a rubber boot or something similar that covers where the steering column goes through the floor?, if so mine is missing.

I only noticed it because there seems to be a lot of engine noise coming in from somewhere in that vicinity, and I'm sure I get a draft coming in through there when I'm driving too.
