I can confirm that it does not fit my MK3.5 2016, the diameter of the screw thread is smaller.

    When I got my mast, the 2017 stubby one (which lets me use my DAB) I got 2 different size threads. One was slightly fatter than the other, does the thread unscrew from the new antenna?

    It looks like 1pcs moulded to it, will double check tonight

    As I thought moulded 1pc Mast and thread. Diameter is also alot thinner. 2017 vs, 2016 sports mast

    In the last picture is the short mast the new one that doesn't fit?

    No the stripped one is the 2017 new one. The shorter sports one is non DAB but works hit and miss wanted to show difference in screw thickness

    Ah right, I see. I have the stubby sport one and DAB works 95% of the time.
