MK8 Fiesta Right Mirror Tilt

Featured Replies

I've recently installed some 17" wheels on my MK8 fiesta and I am terrified of curbing them.

My question is, would there be any way to tilt the right mirror when reversing, so I can see the curb?

Thanks ^^

Do you mean, making it tilt down automatically when you select reverse? No. Usually only a function that is linked with electrically operated memory seat controls.

Protect your wheels with Alloygators, or, improve your reversing LOL

@StephenFord is 100% correct, you can only have the passenger side mirror 'Auto Dip' if the car has full electric seats with memory function.

Agree with Stephen fit alloygators. Well worth the money.

Hmm, I don't think that the MK8 Fiesta came with memory function on the seats...

Correct, it didn't. So that's why you can't have the auto dipping passenger door mirror.

In that case you also need to buy a different car.
