HI everyone, can't install properly latest ford maps update. After~ 40 minutes error code PKG_ERR03 occurs. At first tried with adata 32gb usb stick, later bought kingston 256gb but still getting same error.

Do you have any ideas what to try?

Try using Chrome for your download.

After 4 days and 8 attempted downloads, I have downloaded via Chrome. Still 300-400 kps speeds from Ford. BUT it worked.

Well done for downloading maps in the end!

I'm still struggling.  I've updated SYNC3 to the latest version to the car via USB but I still can't find where the button/link to notify Ford is located, so I'm unable to send them the file. I tried unifix's advice of logging out then just using the VIN but no success.

I was using MS Edge browser but now trying it on Chrome, still without success.

Can you guide me please Andyr55?  Thanks!

Tog down on the update page and you will see Browse option, click on that ( with USB installed on PC, it will find the log file on USB click on the update file ( includes your VIN)
