No Bluetooth on 2021 Custom

So got this set up today and all I had initially were 3 codes. Only one connected to the ACM which was U3000:96:6D which, as far as I can tell, relates to a power steering issue. Cleared the codes and only one came back for an oil pressure fault. I did a forced reboot of the ACM, ran a self test, checked all the settings and even restored it to as built settings but still nothing. According to ForScan there are absolutely no issues with the ACM. I can see and change the Bluetooth name but that's it, no option to toggle it on or off or disable it. In the as built settings everything matches what I was able to find for my van but I don't know what these codes actually correspond to. Still at a total loss what's wrong with it.

I'm at a loss as to what to suggest next. 🙁

Have you tried to change the Bluetooth name just to see if you can write to the module ?

The normal default name is usually "Ford Audio" but it shouldn't make any difference what its called.

Yeah I tried that, made no difference. I think the actual Bluetooth chip within the ACM is gubbed so I either source another ACM or just live with it and find a solution.

Hi mate, did you find a solution? Currently having the same with a large transit panel van.

Tearing my hair out.
