Barry_ Posted November 10, 2011 Share Posted November 10, 2011 OK I am not 100% certain of this but i believe all diesels have a cambelt as better for the torque or something. Only chain drive focus i know of is the 1.6 petrol - but not the 115bhp version - the 90bhp version. Cambelts are according to fords service schedule due for change at 100000 miles or 8 years which ever is sooner.
