I know, you were worse! Instead of holding it to your head you were pointing it around the car!

Just don't wanna see anyone get hurt, someone could have flew down that slip road whilst you weren't concentrating and taken you out.

I was watching the road, my hand was the only bit that turned. The road is also a 50mph zone

Hi

I've had my 2011(60) Fiesta 1.6TDCI Titanium for three weeks now and I have to say that I'm blown away by how smooth and quiet it is. I remember having older Fiestas as hire cars/courtesy cars/etc and couldn't wait to get my "proper" car back again.

It was when my company hired me a new shape Fiesta as a loan car for a trip to Yorkshire that I realsied how good the current shape cars really are. TBH, when the hire car was dropped off I though "Oh no, not a Fiesta for my 8 hour round trip to Yorkshire!" but once the trip was done I was staggered by the car and how smooth and comfortable it was.

So, three months later I chucked in my Freelander for the Fiesta and haven't looked back! Feels like I've moved up to the 21st century after driving the Freelander!

If I had to be critical, the relatively big wheels and light direct steering means you feel a lot more bumps and creases in the road than in the Land Rover with its vague steering and big squidgy tyres - Does of course mean I can go round corners much faster now...

Cheers

Rog
