Just thought I'd sign in as an old ford owner.

My first ford was a black Zephyr, straight 6, 3 speed column change, leather bench seats, which I bought in 1964 and was originally bought at the 1953 motor show.

Over the years I have had many Fords as well as other makes, Anglia's, Escorts, 100 e vans Transits, Fiestas etc and always been happy with the my Henry's. My current model, is 2012 S Max 2.2 Titanium which is fine, if a bit confusing for me as regards all the gismo's-rear view camera, I pad dock etc etc but I guess I will get used to them.

As a school boy I visited Fords Dagenham factory in 1958 when they were building Zodiacs, Anglia's, Consuls,etc and in those days they even cast their own engine blocks at the factory. All much changed now it seems.

Anyway hello to you all.
