:o Just as i began to give up all hope of finding the only Christmas present recieved this year that i had assumed was accidentally incinerated along with some wrapping paper on boxing day it has appeared in the bottom of a Gift bag.

I'll be using it to purchase some Autoleads carpet to cover the MDF panel

Having watched the most recent video of MightyCarMods i will no be dubbing the rear DVR Camera as "the chopped Camera" :) all vehicles saw via this camers have been chopped

Here's the video giving me the idea

See watermark on the last camera where the super fast legacy pulls away from the S2000

Gotta find out whats the smallest size DMB.co.uk can print then mount it to the glass to constantly appear on the camera like a watermark.

Reserved online and drove up to Halfords today :)

Picked up the AutoLeads Acoustic Carpet and a can of EvoStik High contact adhesive.

I also had this previously purchased item to be part exchanged as i didn't need it in the end:

I had purchased them along with the pack of yellow crimp ring terminals which i used on the DVR system installation.

as i was unsure exactly which size i required at the time i became; quite confused with the array of stock Halfords had to offer in this particular category ;)

Now here's the fun part :)

When purchasing them i received 15% Discount,

When returning them i received 15% more than i initially had paid.

Then i received 15% Discount on today's purchases

Got 30% Discount on the can of EvoStik yo!!

Saved 6.60 on today's purchases :)

Update:

Got bored sitting around the house doing nothing; so i opened the carpet and applied it to both panels with a bit left over.

Now fitted in the car i was like "where has the panel gone" :o

I put it in via the rear passenger door,

Closed the door,

Opened the boot and i can't see it!!

:)

The additional panel is identical to the one I've fitted,

It's got a 19mm cavity painted matt black on the inside and has been carpeted today aswell.

Ideal for mounting amps on while keeping the cables hidden within the cavity,

Gonna purchase one of these 19mm plastic rings to protect the RCA cables when routing through the panel,

All other cables will be terminated at rear of the panel in plug/socket form

RCA's are the only ones need to pass through if removing panel.

Also ive saw the size of the 4 channel amp today on YouTube its tiny
