    Managed to pick up a new Zetec S lower grill today from a independent Ford dealership which is closing down and only paid £27 :)

    Now just need the rest of the kit to go with it now

    It's a small Ford/Vauxhall dealership call Jackson's.

    The old boy who owns it is sell off everything including his ramps.

    If I had room in my work van, I would taken as much as I could from his remaining stock

    Zetec S lower grill now fitted and decided for now to put back in a set of stock fog surrounds.

    Also have further plans for my console to get a nicer finish. Pics later in the week :)

    After my first attempt at wrapping the focus interior parts, I have stripped them all down, sprayed and having a go at hydro dipping with a carbon effect.

    Also ordered a Zetec S from bumper extension and replacing my missing tow eye cover.

    Hope to get the dash all back together this week with pics :)

    Wasn't happy with the wrapping so tried my hand at dipping my console.

    There's a bit on the stereo surround which I slipped up on so will look at redoing, but otherwise happy with it :)

    I sprayed a base silver over bits I was dipping, the kit then had the film and activator.

    Used a old baby bath for most of it, and a old bath my neighbour was chucking for main console.

    Clear coat and a good polish.

    Due to the over spray in the cup holder, I used some old black paint and sprayed that up to

    Took a few attempts on some old boys of trim from old cars.

    Trick was slow and steady and just finding the right angle.

    Saved yourself a fortune on the hydrodipping! I had mine done professionally and they still didn't have it perfect so i wouldn't say you've done a bad job!
