Hi all...

Ive grown up with tool boxes with my dad being a lecky...used to drive me mad...thing is lenny does odd bits here & there but has so many tool boxes I try to keep them under the stairs because theyll go rusty or get nicked in the shed (his words not mine )....so wanna know how many is average? & do you keep them in the house?

I have alot, closet full of car tools and my tools for work, I try not to leave those in the house because it's so much.

Shed got some tool aswell, it's a man birth right to have multiple tool boxes lol even if he only uses it once every 5 years lol

Vicki a man can never have too many tool boxes. I have separate ones for my DIY tools, plumbing tools, car spanners etc, car cleaning materials. Oh and one with all the old stuff in it that I might need one day so won't throw away just yet. These are all kept in my garage. But my electric tools are all in the cupboard under the stairs, as Lenny say stops them going rusty or getting pinched by the local low life.

as a chippy i have A LOT OF TOOLS and there the 1s just at work,got a couple in the house and the garage is full up with gear.

You can never have too many tool boxes.

Its just trying to remember where you left the tools that are supposed to go in the boxes which is the problem :P

haha, I have two in the house, two in the garden box and two in the car (althout the two in the car are small).

But I have one for electrics, one for computers, one for general DIY hardware, and three other general tools. Then on top of that, I have allen key boxes, socket set boxes, mini screwdriver kits, staplers (the ones for stapling things to the wall for some reason :D)

i have loads of everything, even 2 MAN DRAWS (these not been mentioned yet lol) the things that take up most room is compressor/equiptment..... things like chop saw's, mitre saw's, 2 sets of car ramps with low level entry, so bumper dont get scratched.... loads to list lol

The living room is one of my tool boxes just now. Still has tools in it from rewiring and plastering.. It will get emptied one of these days

3ft red long tool chest from Argos with a Snap-On vynil replica kit applied from ebay

1ft square case with drill inside,

Dremil in case,

12" plastic tool box for crimp terminals,

1.5ft square cardboard box with various parts inside,

1ft box containing steam cleaner,

Two wheel chocks,

And da be da da thats all folks.

Lenny you have ....red fake snap on box...black carry box ...car cleaning case. ....drill case. ...dremell case & extra heads dremel case. ...cardboard box with !Removed! in it that fell out off other boxes. ....& its been months since ye used any of them & even tho they are all in one spot ye still scream victoria when your doing anything!!!
