@TomsFocus Much appreciated for the reply buddy. I’m going to get the wired checked all the way back to the pcm. I’m just going out to it now to put multimeter on it (plug) while engine running so I’ll take photos of the readings as I can’t load videos and hopefully you’ll spot the issue just from them 🤞🏻

That won't really help us here.  The PCM needs to be unplugged and the wiring tested for insulation resistance to determine if it's damaged anywhere along the length from the sensor back to the PCM.

It is definitely worth checking whether there's a reset on Forscan though as that's something you can do for free.

If you're using the laptop version, one of the boxes on the left hand side should be named 'service procedures' or similar.  I think it has a small cog icon.  If using mobile the layout might be slightly different.

Yeah I have a laptop buddy I’ll start it up and have a look now give me 5 as it’s not the fastest lol

The phone version of FORScan may not be able to run the service procedure.

That's a shame, it looks like there isn't a lambda reset available.

You could try the PCM module reboot.  That should just switch it off and on again without resetting any critical data.  Though I haven't done it on one of these so it is your decision whether to try it or not!

Yes.

Don't be alarmed when the instrument cluster goes crazy, and the radio speakers may 'pop' and 'bang' it's quite normal.

@unofix reset and now on live data and I’ve got this both sensors stuck on 2.75 but engine is cold

Take it for a drive and let it warm up.

sensor one stuck on 30.20 but sensor 2 is fluctuating

The engine needs to be warm for the cat and the lambdas to work effectively.  Take it for a drive and see if the fault code comes back.

Gonna upload my live data when back both fluctuating but sensor one not as much as

That Fault Code is suggesting that there is something wrong with the Sensor assuming it is a Wideband one, it could be the Wiring though.

What does the abbreviation OSHDCB1S1 &2 mean and are there any other PID's relating to the O2 Sensors in FORScan?

@Tizer hello mate thanks for commenting, the abbreviations in the photo are for the bank 1 & 2 oxygen sensor mate. Ita a genuine Ford sensor and gave my reg to the company so I have no doubt it’s the wrong one as I checked all the numbers and letters on both new and old and they matched. I do have the box still with labels on. I changed the plug that plugs into the sensor plug to no avail but it’s getting power etc to sensor, it could be an earth problem near the pcm.

@Tizer I’ve been to an auto electrician and I remember he picked the above abbreviations on his forscan to test but sensor one bank 1 will fluctuate but eventually it will freeze on 30.20 and sometimes go to 30.50 then back to 30.20 and it is always 10-20% lower than the sensor 2 bank 2

I know what the 1 and 2 stand for, it was the rest of the abbreviation that I do not know, and if I did then the problems that you are having might make more sense and so would any other PID's relating to the Sensors.

Can you remember if the Front Sensor had 6 wires to it?

HDC is heater duty cycle.

@Tizer I wasn’t trying to tell what they meant mate do apologise if it came across like that. If I remember rightly it says something about oxygen sensor then which bank and sensor it is.
