Issues

Hi All,

Having had my Mondeo Titanium X Sport for a few weeks now I have started to notice some issues I have with the car.

Main issue is that it doesn't seem right on the front end. Steering wobble at around 50mph, which I suspect could be (hoping) wheel balancing. When braking at low speed I can hear a slight popping noise coming from the front. When braking hard steering wheel has serious wobble.

Next, the drivers door. I pointed this out when I bought the car and the garage said they had adjusted something. It just doesn't seem to close nice and smooth and seems to catch before finally shutting. Something just doesn't feel right with it.

The start/stop is next up. Get in the car, key in hand press without pressing clutch to "wake" the car up. Then press clutch and press start/stop and car goes back to "sleep"!!

Why isn't the drivers window one shot lower and raise? The passenger one is!

Why do I have to attach phone every time to the stereo Bluetooth why doesn't it do it automatically every time I get in the car?

Other than that I love the car. LOL.

Anyone have any ideas please share. It's still under warranty so should get a few things sorted before it runs out.

On all those points take it back to the dealer

That's normal. Pressing without depressing the clutch just turns on the Ignition, pressing again will turn it off, that's how it's supposed to work. You need to depress the clutch with the Ignition off then press the start button, that will operate the starter.

That just needs the drivers window resetting, can't find the procedure just now but IIRC it's raise the window all the way up and hold the button in, lower it all the way and hold , then raise again. Should be reset now and the one shot should work.

The other things need definitely looking at though
