New Mk 5 Mondeo Voice Activation Issue

Hi anyone else has issues with the voice activation system
on the new mondeo. My issue is that with the air con system on and blowing air
from the two vents above the touchscreen and pointing in certain direction it
seems to affect the microphones above both the driver and passenger’s heads as
no voice commands will work. By turning off the air con or slightly adjusting
the two vents the voice activation works perfect. I have been back with Ford
twice and they have also seen the issue occur. They did a software update that
did nothing, and now again want to try another update this time they say it’s a
software update for the phone. But the issues occur even if a phone is not
paired.


I think it’s more of a design fault. But was wondering if anyone else has had this issue
