Ka bluetooth module

Featured Replies

Hello all, I have just purchased a 2012 Ka Zetec. The car is equiped with Bluetooth hands free but I cannot get my phone connected or the steering wheel controls to work. Firstly do you think the two are connected and secondly does anyone know the whereabouts of the bluetooth module. It isn't behind the glove box as other fords. Thanks in advane for your help.

my guess is there linked, bluetooth module is behind the n/s /r trim panel , back seats need to come out to remove panel from what i remember

before you do that it might be worth either pulling radio fuses out for a while or disconnect battery to see if the bluetooth module resets itself.
