Hey guys,

 

Awesome site and I am sure I will make use of the guides on here. I currently have a 2001 Mark 1.5 Focus Ghia 1.6 Petrol. Its been a good car but the issues are becoming to common now. Its done 117k but still on the same clutch.

 

I am going to look at a 1.8 TDCI Zetec Climate this evening and all being well the Mark 1 can retire.

    I had a mk1.5 focus Ghia, one of the last. Bought it for a knock down price, as they released the mk2. I had it til last year when I got a 3.5.

    I had a Zetec mk1 prior to that as well.

    Great cars, the last one ran with hardly a problem for ovet 10 years, albeit we are low mileage drivers. Sadly everything has its day and it is best to move on before problems start.
