bamindy
Hi, I'm just chancing my luck trying to find the owner of a particular Mondeo with has a personally meaningful registration. It appears to be on a Silver 2004 Ford Mondeo Lx Tdci, registered in Cardiff which is the only info I have. Is there etiquette for this kind of enquiry? I appreciate no-ones going to just give out personal info to a complete stranger as it could be for any other reasons, but just wondered how I should approach this. The registration ends begins CE and ends in ND - I won't add any more than that. Hoping the actual owner may even be on here and spot this! Thanks for your time and any help anyone can offer. Best wishes, Brian
Ian Lanc
Not a chance unless that car had hit you in an accident, then with a solicitor they can demand their details from the Police for any such claim. You can just keep driving around and around and around until one day you spot the vehicle and then signal the driver to pull over!
Jonro2009
If registered in Cardiff I guess you could ring around the Ford dealers and enquire if they know the vehicle then pass your details to the garage and ask them to pass them on to the owner, then it's the owner that has your details and can get in touch if they want.
