Hi all,

I wondered if anyone has successfully added heated steering wheels to an st or st line? Ive got an ST3 with 90% of the factory upgrades, just not the heated wheel- sure would be amazing if I could add this in!

Grateful for any support or suggestions on this!

Hello ! I know I'm reviving long dead dragons...but I'm new to the game. So I have a 2021 st-line x mk8 Fiesta. It has all the factory options (ACC, autofold, mood lights etc) except sunroof, heated wheels, glass and seats.  BUT, it has the awfull sync 2,5. What options do I have with forescan ? Is there anything worth bothering ? Is there any real benefit from tracking a sync 3 APIM to retrofit along with a digital dash or not ?

I am very surprised that sync 2.5 is fitted to such a late Fiesta.Can anybody else confirm this ?

Yes. In the end, (from about late 2022), Sync 2.5 was standard on all models, with Sync 3 only available as an option at £400 - £1025 depending on audio configuration.

The spec changed frequently and there were some anomalies due to supply issues (Covid, Ukraine, etc) but I would have expected a 2021 to have it.

Thanks Eric. Seems like my 2019 Titanium was probably the best specced of the lot. Sync 3(.4, thanks Cyanlabs), nav, pan roof,ACC and folding mirrors with radar as well as automatic parking. They reallystripped them out at the end, a far cry from my 2008 Ka mk1 which had aircon, heated screen, more BHP, alloys, spoiler and a CD player for about £2000 less than my base model plus aircon cost me in 1999!

They were chip shortage models, some equipment removed to be able to build without so many semi-conductors

So hello again ! I'm looking to retrofit the Full LED headligths. Yes yes I know, BUT :

-Model is a 2021, without the auto-leveling. The light raises and lowers from the switch in cabin = no HCM module

-It is a full specced car, ACC, rain sensor, rear camera, front parking sensors, auto traffic recognition. Only thing missing is heated elements and sunroof ( for which idc).

-Form Factory it has LED projectors and LED high beam. The headlight plug is full of cables.

I plugged a heaedlight, worked perfectly, EXCEPT from the high beams. Which setting in BdyCM needs to be changed in order to make it work ? As I found out, the retrofit is a sucess in some similar build cars, so I want to check on mine !

Please go to FORScan Forums, it has been done, but it's not simple.

Performance screen is in IPC, yes

You should be able to enable global open/close if you have one touch down on both or all doors, drive away locking and, possibly, climate function in screen (but that may be only Sync3)

I found a thread, but was inconclusive about it. Do you happen to know something I missed ? All you said are enabled on my car. I saw some settings about oil temperature etc in IPC. Do those work ?

You need to change the oil pressure sensor to the one from an ST I believe, if it fits

So, coming back, as i did the retrofit, low beam and high beam work perfectly, though dtc's are present. The thing that triggers them I think is the turn indicators (sweeping) that flicker when engine is on. Nothing else flickers ..anyone have a possible solution or idea , except the capacitor ?

Update on that, dtc gone after calibration of front lights, but no matter what i change in BdyCM, the turn signal flicker is still on .
