orion86
i've been working on the floorpan rust of my car from inside and i've been a bit careless so i've got some small scratches on the floorpan. some of them are primer-deep while some are down to the metal. i'm worried them scratches are gonna start accumulating rust sooner or later when it's covered by interior and mats. are they fine if they're left as is or should i deal with them and how? eddie eastwood
Deal with them now even if its only with some sort of anti rust coating, while all the mats etc are out, now is the time to sort it out, go further and give the scratches etc a coat of primer then undercoat and then paint them. No ones going to see what you done once the mats etc are back in.
