With respect, what you have 'bought' so far is an advert with some +ve reviews (not always true, but could be?) Wait till you actually fit them with a comparison shot of before and after, then we

Put these in today and much better pattern, haven't driven around yet but seem decent, will getting the matching H1 bulbs next although not quite sure where the ground cable goes as the original only has one pin.

Been an eventful few months, sorry for no updates or anything from me at all!

I’ve changed job roles - much happier now! Off topic I know. And then unfortunately my BCM died, just did another post on that.

now that I’ve finally settled down and got my self back in order... the bulbs. Okay, so I fitted them, and they looked absolutely amazing. The only problem was, I ordered the Left Hand Drive pair. Didn’t even realise! So the cut off was the wrong way round if that makes sense?

ive emailed the seller, and they don’t stock RHD and nor does anyone else. Which is really odd... thought it would just be a matter off using a different lense or something.

so, the moral of the story is... I’m an idiot for ordering the wrong pair... but if you drive on the wrong side of the road, these are ace! :)

it’s good to be back! Haha!

That's a shame would of been good otherwise guess it's buying separate projectors is the way to go then as mines don't work well in the newer focus reflectors. In the MK2 they were bright as hell.

Yup! Fitment was really good and the cut off was really impressive for such a little lense. It’s just a shame they flicked up the wrong way which would bling other drivers.

Im keeping my eye out and I’ve messaged a few sellers on AliExpress. Really want to put these back in with the correct RHD pattern. They’re honestly really good. It’s amazing how they’ve managed to get such good throw, clarity and cut off from something so small. I’m guessing it’s all down to the optics of the lense.

I just don’t get why no one is selling for RHD, is there something I’m missing?

In terms of world market, 66% of cars drive on the right (LHD), 34% on the left (RHD), so more money to be made supplying the bigger market...

haha this is true! And yeah, still looking... came across a similar design but it’s a H4 socket for RHD. Was even tempted to fabricate a H4 socket in replacement of H7... but at that point I may aswell retrofit projectors!
