Loud sound

Hi my 2.0 tdci 163 mk3 has started making what I can describe as a woo sound. This happens when the clutch is slowly moving up when moving off at lights or junctions. Could this be the clutch dying a slow death?

Maybe it's praising your clutch control?

Seriously though, sounds like 'clutch whoop'...can be annoying but not actually a fault and will last ages like that.  Very common on MK3 1.6 TDCi, not seen many complaints on the 2.0 though.

Lol thanks yes it's getting annoying and typically I get it on the 2.0. it seemed to do more today than any though typically after fixing my brake squeak with some Ceratec.
