Hi all. 

My airbag light came on earlier this week so I took it to a garage this morning. They checked the codes and said it was to do with the driver seatbelt pretensioner.

They did some checks but couldn't find the fault and said I should take it to a Ford dealer.

Have they just fobbed me off or is it something that needs to go to a dealer? Is there anything I can check (wiring, etc) to rule something simple out?
