Ford warranty needed

My dealership is passing me from person to person and I can't get an answer.  My car is now over three years old, they can't even tell me if the new purchase warranty is still active.  Two questions, how long does the manufacturer warranty last and is there someone I can contact to extend the warranty

New car warranty is 3 years/60,000 miles.

The new car warranty lasts for three years.

I renewed my warranty last year and the prices then were: 

1yr - £349

2yr - £549

3yr - £699

The attached brochure provides details.

As far as I know, any Ford dealer should be able to sell you an extended warranty.
