How to set Android phone app to call using 'speaker'?

Is there a way to set the default on the standard Android Phone calling app to make a call in 'speakerphone'.? When I dial, I always select the speaker so would like to default to this. I have searched through all call settings but can't find anything to do this, and google has been no use!

It's almost reassuring that no one has jumped in with an answer, means I really haven't missed anything obvious! LOL

I've seen that YouTube, sadly no settings like that on mine which is a Cat S52, running Android 10... but thanks anyway.

I don't think there is a way to do this even with other phones.
