James Kuga
Hi. I have a 2018 Kuga 1.5 Ecoboost. During a recent cold spell here in the UK I noticed that the heated rear window was not working (tbh I got the car last spring and I am not 100% sure I had used it previously). To eliminate the easy fixes I have today gone to look at the fuse and relay. I have a replacement relay coming (the existing one is particularly noisy). I have discovered a bit of a mystery around the fuse though. My owners manual says that the heated rear window is covered by fuse 23 in the luggage compartment. My vehicle does not have a fuse in that position. Looking at some of the online fuse box diagrams these show position 23 not used. Question (s): Should there be a fuse here? (Would certainly explain why it isn't working) Is the heated rear window covered by another fuse elsewhere? Any other advice appreciated
unofix
Use a multimeter and measure the battery terminal voltage approx one hour after parking. Is the SOC better than 60% ??? 🤔
