Yeah, I agree with @TomsFocus

It will be worth good money restored (£15-20K maybe) and will only go up in value. You have got most of the parts. It's not as if you've had to budget in buying the car as well.

Don't get quotes from back street bodgers, use reputable classic car restorers, it wouldn't hurt to get a rough idea of what is required, what the extent of the corrosion underneath is and the cost. You could send the engine and gearbox away to be rebuilt whilst it's being done.

It would be worth a lot more if you had it put back together to sell as is as well (engine and box back in)
