I thought it would be an interesting thread to see what everyone's first car was and pics if you have them! My first car of my very own..... When I got a better car, I couldn't bear to sell her so she is still sat on a friends farm. Didn't want anyone else with a pink car on the island! Gotta love carbs!! spent ages tweaking them! lol musty have gained 1 maybe 2 bhp!! Lenny Posted June 7, 2012 Share Posted June 7, 2012 My first car was a completly standard 1997 Toyota Starlet 1.3 non turbo 3 door, had 42,000miles on the clock when i bought it for 1,500 euro in 2005 i spent over 5,000euro modifying it then sold it on, but ive saw it twice this year so she's still on the road although i wouldnt drive it now the way i had it styled is no longer to my taste lmao Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After my dad suddenly past away 3 years ago when it was coming round for me to start driving a year later, with the money he had left me i was flicking through dealer sites to see if anything caught my eye and when i saw "Oscar" i fell in love. My mum phoned the dealer straight away to see if they still had it and if they did could we take it out for a test drive. Although I knew from the beginning it would have to be a fiesta, as my brother and sister both had when they were learning and my dad had owned many classic fiestas so it was kind of a tradition to own one.. ^_^ The first picture i ever saw of my baby He'll be 4 on his birthday this year! :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It had an air cooled 600c.c. 2 cylinder engine. I bought it from my maths teacher for £25 when I was 16! Now I know why maths was not my best subject!
