  • I had that thought on a few occasions, I prefer the duracell, as they really make the rabbits go, and the silver calcium is just a tad too heavy too lug around... I find that at least with duracell,

A third of my way in to a bus trip to Dublin and then a plane to Barcelona at 6am.. Anybody up to keep me company?

Barcelona eh?

Have some Sangria and Paella for me :)

  • Author

Haha I will!

Are you working tonight?

Aye, pretty quiet for now but things can change quickly though.

How bad :)

Marked or unmarked tonight? ;)

Unmarked, doing area responsel so ready for anything.

Couple of suspected break in's and a handful of public order calls but still pretty quiet.

It usually goes quiet this time of the month, no money left until the next payday/giro keeps them down a bit.

Mostly student related things during the week, some of them may even get the odd lecture in between the drinking sessions ;)

Barcelona is the craziest place I have ever been to!

Haha, when I went there, I witnessed a mugging literally right in front of my eyes, during daylight, in a decent part of town too!

The robbery rate there is ridiculous.

RE : Barcelona

It was the safest, friendliest, beautiful yet most terrifying place I have ever been.

There are police every where so very few muggings or any serious trouble. The country and architecture is amazing in itself. The people were great fun, the Irish seem to get a great reception everywhere!

However the pickpocketing prostitutes are terrifying if you're on your own! Funny when you're with your mates though.

Tell me about it, i got pickpocketed Monday.

And Tuesday.

And Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Couldnt believe my luck.

Sounds like birmingham

I know someone who was not pickpocketed but mugged by a prostitute, who then offered him *ahem* "special cuddles" and got very angry when he declined!

Can't remember what country this was in though lol.
