Little bit more done to the motor. Got myself some rear RS LED lights which look lovely in the dark. They were dead easy to wire and fit. Find picture below:

Got the dual reverse mod in the pipeline hopefully this month, partnered with an additional 12v socket in the boot :) C&C welcome.

They are quite bright.. E marked and road legal. Cost me £18 I think for both sides.

Cheers for the comment buddy. Coming up to more expensive jobs again now :(

Thank you. Try and give her a clean when I can

Wow. Love the wheel colour. Reckon it would look nice against my Panther Black car. Does it have a colour code?

It's called anthracite.. I can try and get the specific code tomorrow because I'm not at home tonight. Although you can by cans of it from your local halfrauds. At only around £7 a can it isn't bad!!

So basically you're telling me that I could buy the cans from Harford, spray it Mighty Car Mods style and get a similar effect? SOLD! :)

I've seen his wheels . Done a very decent job & looks really well.

Only thing is in mightcarmods style. You don't see the ten hours prep work I have to do rubbing them down and filing any kirb marks out lol

To get any decent finish with paint, the prep work is crucial. I can guess how hard it is as the surfaces are all curved for those wheels.

Very very true.. It was a pain in the backside and I finished them about a day before Ford Fair which was really pushing it! There was a few occasions when I nearly chucked the pads in and went to a body shop. I can get you some pads dirt cheap if you need anything.

All in all I paid about £6 per wheel.

That's two of us finished just before Ford fair! Haha!

The lacquer was still setting on mine at 9pm on the Saturday.. we left at 3am

Cutting it fine, haha

Well those aren't lacquered and still aren't. Even though I panel wiped my wheels. Had a really nasty reaction on two of them. As a result of that I didn't want to put lacquer on and be back to square one.

I used cheap lacquer that was given to me.. the spray pattern was horrendous. Half the insides of the "spokes" aren't even covered cause of it.

The only way to get something like even coverage was to flood the wheels.. Hence orange peel with no time to correct -_- . Ah well, they match the other side which got a botched refurb costing me £70 -_-

Ouch. My paint application was great and I am dead impressed with the wheels. Just didn't matte was the finish I was going for :P

Nothing wrong with matte ;) it's just like a dirt magnet that's all

The actual paint went on great, it was only halfords stuff too!

They've turned out quite well to be fair. From a distance anyway

It sure is.. Constantly need wiping, break dust isnt so much of an issue as it just makes them even darker but hard water isnt friendly on them.

My look good up close to be fair. No scratches, blemishes or indentations. Who said halfrauds aren't good for some things :)

Saved me having some mixed!

Brake dust is a night mare on mine as it doesn't fall evenly meaning I get streaks occassionally! Haha

Thank god for reactive fallout remover. Used two times a month then given a good coat of wax and jobs a good one

Look at CSP products. I can't rate them highly enough & Damien the owner is very very helpful

I hear great things about Dragons Blood/Merlin's Blood, tempted to try it as I hate cleaning wheels and because of my hatred I have kept the standard Zetec 5 spokes!
