like i said its designed for base model cars as u cant factory order them with it... we retro fitted some skirts for a customer.... £500!!! painted and fitted....

sport kit is a good idea but when would u do with all the old bumpers etc! :(

Well thats a bit of a con then - although I guess it makes it less likley for lower models to end up looking like a kitted up Titanium or Zetec S so I guess I should not grumble.

As for the old bumpers if you did buy the kit. When I had my MINI fitted with the Aero kit it was done by the dealer before delivery and they kept the old bumpers - come to think of it they also kept the alloys that it was delivered with when I put the 16" on to it too also before delivery. Wouldn't be that stupid again as would have them up on ebay to get some cash back

I own a mini and the minute and this is my 3rd... but am selling it to get a new fiesta titanium... i did price up a mini and there wasnt much in it just didnt like the £450 delivery charge! and they wont discount or throw owt in... dont think there bothered if u buy or not to be honest so decided to buy a titanium fiesta from a lovly salesman! oh wait i sold myself it ahahahahaha :)

since the date commited for our new fiesta titanium i have orderded the eibach lowering kit for it... always heard really good things about them so decided to get some...

got a titanium with x pack and dress kit amongst other things so think it will look a bit better after there fitted... it drops the front 35mm and rear 30mm.. (maybe other way round wasnt listening to the bloke tbh)

cost me £122 for kit and £60 to have them fitted so wasnt bad price either

Where you get those springs? Also do u know how much the zetec s is lowered standard, and if those springs will take it any lower? cheers.

Has anyone had this kit fitted yet and what does it look like when sat next to an un-converted car (pics please) as if it really improves the look I might think about adding it to mine when it finally arrives (or at its first service so my other half does not notice! LOL)

I just ordered the scuff plates and alloy pedals out the leaflet :) £90 for the pair wasnt bad and with 20% discount all the better! think it will just finish it off that little bit more

as for the springs i got them thru ford parts... i can post the finis code on friday when im back at work if anybody wants it? there £122.98 + vat thats retail. then 2 hours fitting :)

yeah will look smart! mines is a 3dr in hot magenta with all the kit so should give it the best possible look :) car arrives end of this month! no idea where my eibach springs are at the moment will chase them up nearer end of month:)

I did think about the Hot Magenta but tbh I don't think it looks as good in the metal as it does on the adverts - colour is a personal choice I guess.

Well I am guessing the only thing you are missing off of your car is the illuminated sill plates and gear knob so there was not much more you could have got anyway!

looked at the illiuminated stuff but just thought it was to much ££ for what it was so just went for normal sill plates... havnt totally counted out the gear knob mind u its only £60 retro fit :)

Yeah must admit when I saw the price of the retrofit gear knob I did think I might see if I can save up some pennies without the other half seeing me doing it and getting it done before I take delivery too!

Do you know if it is always illuminated or does it only come on with the headlights (i.e. when it is dark) and if it is with the headlights would that be linked into the auto headlights that you get on the Titanium?

Just priced up a new MINI Cooper (the one with the mathcing 120bhp as the Fiesta I am getting) and to put it on the road with all the bits I am having on mine the MINI Cooper works out to 19,300! in fact even the MINI One with just a few very basic options would be dearer than the Fiesta I have ordered.

Sorry to disappoint you but the dealer is taking you for a walk around the park! The lower suspension kit that comes on the cars only drops the car 10mm all round compared to standard models. I checked this out beacuse i was thinking of getting the springs off www.pumapseed.co.uk.
