Cool well my sat nav saying hour and half from home and we setting off at half 4 but be quiet at that time so could get there in a hour or so :) if I'm not and everyone has left already just let me know and I'll get right foot down and catch up. :)

That's what I was thinking, unless someone wants to meet at Wooley Edge we can just skip it.

It's probably better to go by Google Maps just to work out times, if you look at the time without traffic that should be pretty accurate.

Google maps is better as it uses live traffic feeds to give u a more accurate time. As a sat nav gives a rough time just me experience any way :)

Guys just remember that there are about 20 miles of average speed 50mph road works south of Sheffield so make sure you leave a little extra for that.

So roughly we need to give at least 30 mins extra to accommodate the road works

No no no 20 miles at 50 mph should only add about 10-15 at that time of day. What I really meant was you won't be able to blast it through that section if you need to make up time

Yeah I was going to say, I worked out we would only lose about 7 mins if it's 20 miles at 50mph compared to 70mph, so not too bad.

Maths was never my strong point

I worked it out at 20 mins at 60 mph so it wil take 30-35 mins to get past the rad works at 50 :p

Way I look at it is speed drops by 20mph for 20miles just do 20mph more that speed limit before or after it ;) then your on track :)
