Front Discs And Pads

That's the problem in a nutshell, and unfortunately they put some of that crap in pagid boxes. I've had some real quality in those blue boxes, but every now and then I've had some crap, and that's all I was trying to say

Well I have yet to come across any that crap in blue boxes. I use pagid discs, pads, brake hoses and even their brake cleaner. I honestly couldn't tell you how many set of discs and pads ive fitted but its hundreds and I haven't found a reason yet not to use them. They have a good finish on the discs compared with others which keeps them looking nicer and rust free for longer on the eges not rubbed by the pads.

To be honest I've always used minted or EBD for brakes and disks but pagid for most other things. The last time I used pagid pads was a long time ago and found them to have a lot of metal in them so went back to the tried and tested

Lots of metal in them, that's cos they are sintered, and it's Mintex or EBC.

Sorry, big thumb on little keys on my phone

Same as my dads then, the most amazing thing I saw him do was shape a mast just using an Adze and a Drawknife all by eye

Wood?

Yep!! Scary what people do

Yes I've seen it on BMW motorbike that came in for a service

Given I work for Babock in Scotland, they probably use any old crap

They're crap down here too.

The problem is Clive, they are trying to capture too many markets. As far as warships go, that's our bread n butter.

Their parent company has more private military contractors on their books than the navy has sailors.

To be fair, we've probably got more diesel in our vans than the navy have in all their ships put together.
