What Am I Doing...

Talking of win10 apps... Anyone having issues with the standard Mail app? Mine keeps randomly turning old emails unread, from like weeks ago! And there's no way to mark all as read that I can see. Currently got 47 'unread' read emails on there and cba to go back through weeks to 'read' them again.

My only bug bear with W10 is that it now refers to all programs as "apps"

and all the !Removed! adverts that keep slowing down web page when opening with 10 does my feckin **** in

Surely, there's an adblocker you can get for Edge by now.

Haven't been bothered by adverts for years :) , except browsing on the phone

Depending on what PC/laptop I'm on, I'm browsing with Pale moon plus Adblock Latitude and Noscript: or Seamonkey plus Adblock and Noscript

Well, it wasn't AVG causing my lagginess, uninstalled it along with a few other small programs, no change at all. :s

A glimmer of hope, but unfortunately you'll have to wait a while

Probably Windows 10 itself. Get rid of it if you can, horrible OS.

Oh they do Ghana - it is called "downgrade to Windows 7"!

Wish I never installed the train-wreck in the first place, what a waste of time and computer equipment.

I left it too late to roll back to 8 unfortunately. :(

I went back just in time too 8 if 10 is supposed to be an improvement Microsoft can stuff it where the sun don't shine :lamo:

Somehow I missed the fact it was only available for a month, my own fault though, they did make it quite clear when I updated the PC afterwards.

So I'm stuck with it tbh, BUT it's fine on the PC so must be something wrong with the laptop that I would think must be fixable. Just I fix cars, not computers... When people tell me what to do with the computer it makes me realise how I sound trying to explain car fixes...

if you made back up disc for you pc you can still go back clean install

Yeah...umm...I didn't.
