James74
Hi there, Used my car he other day and noticed that the windows needed cleared. I normally have it set at number 1, but only kicked in when I set it to number 4. When I had it se to number 4, I changed the temperature gauge and this also seem to change the flow rather then the temperature. Any ideas, thanks in advance. GingerFlame
Heater resister pack needs replacing. Cheap and easy It will effect flow in that when it's on hot it'll slow down ever do slightly.
WES180
Is this on the car in your profile, 2016 Fiesta? Take it to Fords under warranty if it is. If not that car then as mentioned above, around £20 from Ford if i recall for the resistor. Its only a 10 minute job to do, it was on a 2012 model anyway!

WES180
Personally I would buy from Ford at that price, cheap enough really.

isetta
seen a few posts about this in last few weeks on fiesta and or focus. probably the thermal fuse in resistor pack blew. But why? they often fail again if there is another reason that causes it to blow which you do not fix - eg. stiff fan motor.
