Slapped with a speeding ticket yesterday

It doesn't help public perceptions to see that happening and also speeding. I'm aware that on occasion ambulances turn on their blues and minutes later turn them off and carry on bumbling about with no purpose, they get a red call and respond and then the call is downgraded so they no longer have to proceed with lights and sirens. I assume this may happen with the police too.
