Leak In Front Door

I've a 2008 Fiesta, and I've discovered that I have water in the passenger side door. Do I have to take the inner panel off to get at it, if so how do I do that, or is there another way of draining the water out? Any idea how the water could have gotten in there in the first place?

Its a common problem at the bottom of the doors there are drainage holes to let the water out you just need too clear block holes :D
