kevinkeyzer
Hi i wonder if someone could help me. We have a 1995 ford galaxy ghia with what the garage descibes as, "a problem with the ecu". This was diagnosed when the car has on numerous occassions simply cut out, in addition to a very high petrol consumption and numerous other blips. My Problem is, although i can get my existing one fixed, can anyone tell me where to look to get the part number and to dismantle it ??? Thanks in advance, kevin
tommy.h
Hi Kevin there is a known problem that i think you should check first before getting the ECU checked. that is the secondary air injection pump. apparently they are sometimes prone to seizure. may be worth checking tom
