mickmk6
this is a right faff .. i had mine redone to match the new ignition and front door lock set .. basically if u remove the barrel then unbolt the lock from the side . ul c where the rod sits in ... 9 times out of 10 if the bar has dropped out the plastic nipple on the the end has snaped off so like me i had to make a new bar ..put the bar in the lock hole first then close it so it cant fall out wen opening or shutting door ..then but the barrel in but dont fix it in yet get sum one to hold it for u till u get the other end of the bar in to the crank arm on the back of the barrel(this is a right faff took me 20mins and a lot of blue air)then close that end .. but the clip back in to hold the barrel.. use a bit silicone to keep it there. hope this helps m8 .. good luck and watch ya knuckles..
