any 1 got any hints tips or pics for advice on changing and removing dash pannels ..changing bulb for led and i need to install switch's for interior(rear)lights

Not really.

Pull switches out, undo the 2 screws by the speedo and pull the fascia off, remembering to disconnect the wire for the clock and heater controls.
Then try and pick up all the clips that fly off

yeh this was a night mare so much so iv broke the main panel,, got new 1 will take picks of my attempt to change it when i get round to it..
