Back box ripped off motor today, still safe to drive or better laving it until I get paid so it can be fixed?

There is a danger of it letting fumes into the cabin,,, prob best to leave it until you get it sorted.

Diesel fumes are carcinogenic mate,

So Id avoid breathing as much as physically possible,

Shouldn't cost much to get it weld back on though and I hope the mounts are OK.

nah its the mounts that have failed :( and its a petrol model

Ow rite Raspy ;)

Smells sweet mate may still be carcinogenic but smells sweet and will backfire when you lay off the throttle quickly then back on again,

Anywaays,

Ford sell the exhaust mount brackets which bolt on,

But may be cheaper to have the exhaust place make you up one in stainless steel,

Just a flat metal plate with some pre-drilled holes and a bent hook tack weld on to it.
