It will fit but you require a loom adaptor with a steering remote interface and a true double din replacement fascia.

thanks for the reply but why do i need interface if i don't have any buttons on my wheel? or you mean the music changing buttons on the side of it?

Also would i be able to fit it myself or do i need to take it to the garage?

best regards

I made that mistake. Don't do it, it will not fit flush and you'll end up fuming and wanting to smash everything into a million pieces! Search for my thread about upgrading to a double din, go for the oval upgrade, that seems painless! :)

A fair bit of problem when fitting aftermarket radios is that the cages that come with them are too deep for Ford dashes.

At the back of a Focus dash is a biggish bulge in the plastic sub-frame that gets in the way.

Best ways around this is either a shorter cage or one with a cut-out that matches the shape.

Measure the depth from the most prominent part of the sub-frame to the point where the radio faceplate would sit and calculate from there.

Judicious usage of tin snips may be an option.
