Peterjones
Mine deffo went red and bonged a while back but it went in for them to look at the engine so not sure if it will have updated then? However since then (I'm assuming it's that) it just stays on this amber light and no bong when it goes

NH10GEL
The "bong" or chimes can be switched on or off in the menu according to the manual. Look in the information displays section. http://www.fordservicecontent.com/ford_content/vdirsnet/ownerguide_eu/default.aspx?bookcode=O26543&market=GB&language=EN&title=Fiesta%20(2012)~5426?VIN=WF0DXXGAKDCS46989

Its strange that some are doing one thing and others something else. Must be software related im guessing?

JackieR
Mine was definitely red this morning as it was -1 when I set off for work today. Goes amber anything above 0 degrees as it's pretty much been on all week-end !!!
gillyallan
Wondering if they've done away with red since it usually signifies something up with car. Was only 3 this morning for me so not sure yet what my car does.
Philf1
The temp warning is only that a warning it doesn't have to 100% accurate. It's a bit like having two watches you'll never get them to read exactly the same time Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC mobile app
laumk7
I noticed last night the temperature kept fluctuating, I mean it stayed at 0 degrees but the dash monitor blinked between Amber and red, wind chill on the sensor maybe? It reached -1 here which produced a steady red Dunno if that helps at all Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

gillyallan
Ok my titanium went -1 this morning and stayed orange. Mine is an april 14 model . I know someone with a 56 tit but still facelift and theirs goes red. Guess they changed it or there's a bug in the later software.
smokieno1
Funny...my 64 plate Fiesta Titanium X stayed Amber today at -3 but I'm sure it went red the last time a few days ago...? Mystery... Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
gillyallan
I wonder in that case. If you start up and it's already in minus figures if it shows Amber but if you started out above zero and during diving it dropped it would go red ? Not had that situation so far myself.
