They can contact the company and obtain the drivers details (the company will have it logged somewhere). There is potential for him to be done for failing to stop and/or report an RTC. Defo have a word with the managers at the firm. I sent the footage of the berk in the total hire van to the company (video in dashcam section) and it has been viewed by them - I can tell because I also uploaded it to another account I have and sent them the link and did not make it publicly available.
