Hi can anybody help me. My 2006 2l tdci mondeo keeps going into limp mode (with flashing glow plug light) at 2500 rpm in 4th 5th gear. My friend put it on a diagnosis machine and got the code P132b.  Ive looked into the code wuch came back turbo acuator or sticky turbo valves? Is this a big problem/costly or an easy/cheap fix?????
