Idiot in a Corsa fails to give way at speed

This absolute moron was blasting through a 30mph zone and just did not bother giving way. Good job I accelerated steadily and caught sight of him coming. 😡

Sorry to say but that's normal these days, driving standards have to pot and the roads are getting ridicules.  Even on the way home from shopping today, I was tapped on the rear, popping the rear tow cover and marking paint.  The a-hoe was just laughing about it.  *****!
