Hi all,

As promised the first of my daft questions,

How do I check if my 02 Fusion 1.6 Petrol has a dual or single mass flywheel?

Cheers,

Chris.

Thanks for your reply Ian. At least I can rest easier knowing that, I was concerned that they might find the flywheel damaged and hit me with a mega bill for a new DMF.

Thanks,

Chris.

Lots of petrol cars have DMF's nowadays.  But none on the Mk6/Fusion.

Focus MK1 ST170 petrol had a DMF.  Not so necessary on petrol cars as off idle torque and vibration aren't as bad, but some still have them.
