I've been wanting to upgrade my 2015 fiesta's stereo so that I can have Bluetooth connectivity. Would this be a straight swap or would I have to use forscan to change any settings?

I didn't really dig into that, but from some quick reading, I think mk7.5 systems are not compatible with older cars. In theory you can make it work (I read a few success stories), but if you look something that is plug and play, then this is not for you.
